names have designated The non-spatial location. Some Namers claim to have witnessed Its weather, not Spring, not Summer, Not Autumn, not Winter. But Only vaguely mention something Familiar, a snowflake on top Of a fence post, or a sun streak Rainbowing the turned side Of a minnow between water lily Leaves in a shadowed pond. But their faces shine, their bodies Shiver as they relate their possession, Confessing the only closeness Is through asystematic improvisations That apparently seem to have no connection With the subject that is being considered. All puzzles are subversive constructions, For the puzzle itself is the information; There is nothing to figure out, The solution useless and only a trick. |
