Zachary Greenwald
The youngest
of six children from Northeastern Pennsylvania, he now lives in New York City. An undergraduate at New York University, he is studying English and
comparative literature, with a particular interest in trauma and testimonial
writing. This is among his first published poems.
Hank Hudepohl
is a
native of Kentucky and a veteran of summer jobs. He is currently
completing his MFA degree at Hollins University where he is an assistant editor for the Hollins
Critic. He has published in various and sundry places before, and hopes
to again.
Steve Klepetar
teaches literature and writing at Saint Cloud State University in Minnesota. His work currently appears in
Lily, Thunder Sandwich, Tamafhyr Mountain Poetry, Poetry Niederngasse, among others.
Nathan Leslie

Bob Marcacci
lives
and writes in Beijing, China. A San Francisco Bay Area native,

Douglas W. Milliken
is a
Maine native currently working in the
Southern Tier of New York State as an AmeriCorps
VISTA for the American Red Cross. He is also the prose editor for the Silk Creek Review, hosts an online
contemplative writing group, and dreams of canoeing the Penobscot in
September. He lives in Alfed, NY with a traveling Chinese

Scott Loring
Sanders
received his BA from Virginia Tech and his MFA from Hollins University (as of May, 2005). He won an
honorable mention award for The Atlantic Monthly's 2004 Student Writer's
Competition in Fiction (May, 2005 issue). He's also had a story
nominated for Harcourt's Best New American Voices. His first novel, The
Troll Under The Trestle, is currently under review with several literary agents
in New
York City. An excerpt from the novel, entitled The Chicken Shack, was first published in the July, 2004 issue of The
Dead Mule.
Adam Jeffries Schwartz
has
stories in: Descant and Grimm Magazines (both in Canada), Petit Journal (Mexico) and in the anthology, Walking Higher (USA) Online he has stories in: Kaleidowhirl, Magazine Shiver, Mosaic Minds and
in The Big Ugly Review. He wants
too much but is otherwise fine.
Jake Swearingen
likes

The Best of McSweeney's, Humor Category.
If you get the airplane seat next to him, he is also a contributing
editor to Harper's.
Susan White
holds a BA in English from Brown University and will complete an MFA in creative writing at Hollins University this May.
At Hollins she is a teaching fellow and a
recipient of the 2004 James Purdy Prize for short fiction.
